Stuffs one 12 to 14 pound turkey.

Steps

  1. Melt butter in a large skillet and cook celery and onion until soft.

  2. Pour over cubed bread.

  3. Sprinke with salt, pepper and poultry seasoning.

  4. Moisten with chicken broth.

  5. Stuff 12 to 14 lbs. turkey. Or bake in covered casserole dish for one hour at 325 degrees F.

  • 1 and 1/2 sticks of butter

  • 2 C celery, chopped

  • 1 and 1/2 C onion, chopped

  • 1 one-pound loaf of bread, cubed

  • Salt and pepper

  • Poultry seasoning

  • Chicken broth
